      I was purchasing this pair of shoes as a gift for a little girl that I know and I would have loved to have this pair of shoes for her, but I was sent a size 5 and a size 7. I don't know how they even did that. I was bummed when I was told that they don't have the purple authentics in a size 5, so I had to order a different color. Not pleased.

          My 3 yr old loves this shoe! When he opened them up he seriously freaked out bc he thinks they are awesome. The little details are the best part...he loves the Vans skateboard logo on the back. I think the attention to detail is what sets these shoes apart from other brands that are similar in style. His daddy wears Vans, and so he is very excited to have a pair of his own. I'm not sure yet how they will hold up to a rough and tough 3 yr old wear, but my Vans have always been the best, longest lasting shoes that my husband has owned. So, I have high hopes for these!

              I bought a few Christmas gifts from the VANS website and my infant grandson's shoes were too small. I called customer service, and unlike many companies these days, I didn't spend time on hold, didn't get transferred from one person to another and wasn't frustrated when ending the call. The representative was very kind, helpful and accommodating. A very pleasant shopping/customer service experience!
