The shoes themselves are perfect but my feet are too wide. I wish that Vans would create something wider. Almost all the Vans shoes I've purchased and/or tried on in store run narrow. For instance, I am a size 13, but have no chance of fitting anything less than a 14 in Vans. This makes for a longer shoe than needed which is noticeable when walking, they make a small flop sound when they straighten from bending and though I'm used to is this sizing might trip up a newbie.

I bought these after purchasing some Old Skools. Every time I have worn these shoes, I get sore heels and shooting pains in my calves after only a couple hours.

I don't experience this problem with Old Skools, so it may just be that I cannot wear Chukka Lows. I purchased these on a recommendation because I wanted a white pair and a tan pair of Vans for casual "nice" situations. I'm sad that I bought 2 pair of them, but that's a lesson learned on my end. Always try before you buy … online.
Very well made shoes,these Chukka Low's are built to last, being made out of good material. I wear a size 16 and they are very comfortable, and they look good too. I use them casually and for longboarding, i'll definitely be buying these again.

These were bought as a gift for an angel tree child. So I can't honestly review. BUT the price was fair, the delivery time awesome, plenty of time to get them there before Christmas, and the store seems to carry the sizes that are hard to find if I had to go out shopping for these. I thank you so much for providing these IN STOCK, WITHOUT HASSLE in order to get them to someone who really needed them, (and specifically requested VANS of course!). It was a 16 year old young man. You helped make Christmas special.
