      There's nothing wrong with this shoe. I just have hard to fit feet. I ordered this shoe in a girl's size 3 because the smallest adult size was a women's 5. I tried to convert the sizes and when I ordered what I thought was the equivalency, to my surprise, the shoe was still too big. I also noticed that the style (even though they have the same name) appeared to be cut a bit wider in the children's size. After ordering this shoe 2X (I tried size 2.5)and still not getting the correct fit, I went back to the adult size and will just have to wear a thicker sock. After talking to the customer service representative, who told me that I needed to measure the length of the insole, I realized that the difference was more in the width and not the length.

      I love the shoes and the style and everything, But I don't understand the sizing system? I have really tiny feet and I'm usually a size 3 in kids but your shoes seem to come 2 sizes too big because I ended up buying size 1s.

          this is a very nice product. this is not my first time getting vans a pair of vans., so i have to say it seems a lot bigger. am usually a 5 in womens, or 2.5 or 3 in kids in vans sizes. though in these, i was a 1.5 (kids of course). not sure why, though still very cute. got them recently so not to sure how durable it is.
