Funny name, great shoe

I love vans, I have several pairs in different varieties. Love them all. The vans camryn mademe and these are currently my two favorite because of their soles and their comfort. Not to mention they get the best feedback. I have no actual cons.... the first time I wore them, they were hard to get on, but that isn't an issue anymore.

Shipment received was not as pictured

Although the website picture showed orange-speckled shoelaces, the shoelaces that were shipped to me were white. I phoned customer service a couple of times and the acknowledged that there was a quality-control issue and that they were looking in to it. Vans customer service has not phoned me back and there is no indication that they will fix the error, despite several of my calls for an explanation.
