These are oversized.
It is simply wrong to offer shoes in sizes that do not conform to the standard. Even after reading comments and ordering down 1 size, my daughter's pair needed to be three sizes smaller....Read complete review
It is simply wrong to offer shoes in sizes that do not conform to the standard. Even after reading comments and ordering down 1 size, my daughter's pair needed to be three sizes smaller. The company does not exchange and therefore to get a new size and I would have to reorder and thereby pay shipping twice to get the right size. The company policy is that they don't charge for shipping if they send the wrong size. In my opinion, they sent the wrong size by sizing the shoe off standard. Nor will they allow in store exchange unless it is a Vans store.

Bought shoe for "tween" daughter and it was about 4 sizes too big. When we brought it in to Vans store to exchange it the salesperson said, "Yes... we have real problems with the transition sizes between kids and adults!" Wish I had known that before buying it online. Nonetheless, when we found the right size in the store (after trying on about 7 pairs of all different sizes), my daughter LOVED them.
