Okay, so, honestly, these are the best, most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. Because of them, I bought three other pairs of vans, including a second pair of these.If you scotch guard the inside and the outside before you wear them, they're fine in all weather. And I personally love the way the fabric frays slightly and the way the color fades where the shoe is most worn. However, I bought them six months before they began to come apart. Granted, I walked two miles two ways five days a week for all six of those months, so I think it was well earned wear.

Nice looking shoe when new however the fabric is cheap and the shoes are very uncomfortable. No support or cushioning at all. I've had them for one week, just broke them in, and the stain on the fabric is wearing off at the bending points. It doesn't look good either since the original fabric is white so it really sticks out against the black stain. These shoes are definitely not worth what I paid for them.
I can't ever complain about Vans. They are timeless and always will be. I've owned 30-40 pairs of Vans over the last 15 years, most of which I still own, and all of them have been awesome. The Bedfords are a bit pricey but if you're like me, you know that you will get that money out of them over the next few years.

My shoes came with white marks on them so I got a rag wet, and whiped it. Then it smeared white and took off the color. The material is very thin and they wont last you very long.
