these are the best fitting pair of jeans ive EVER had. my only complaints are:
1. material is a little on the thin side, i dont know how long its gonna hold up for - i think i bought my first pair in the fall and its now spring and its still going strong so well see. i wish it was an ounce or so heavier material for more durability (in theory?).
2. NOT ENOUGH COLORS IN THIS STYLE!!! i bought these also in a dark indigo wash which i love, but i cant find them anywhere. more washes and colors please!!!
3. the dark indigo wash ones (not these black ones) have a dye that rubs off on literally everything, and not just after the first wash or two... its been months that ive had them and they turn my hands blue when i put my hands in my pockets. perhaps dont overdye them next time?
overall, these are my favorite pants ever. the black color can be dressed up or down, ive worn it with a fitted dress shirt and dress shoes and have gone to job interviews in it.
also, for anyone concerned about sizing: im 5'4/5'5, 125lbs, relatively fit. generally wear a size 4 or 6 in other brands, and im around a 27-28 waist. i wear a 5 in these, but i could squeeze into a 3 on a thin day. as for the length, they bunch up at the ankles a bit, but thats the style.

They are a great pair of pants for going out or for work. Downfall is I had to get them hemmed or I had to keep folding them 5 times at the ankle. I'm 5'2 and am athletic build. Another downfall is I have thick muscular thighs that touch like Chun-Li. I wore these pants out in 6 months. They started getting a hole in the crotch. I'm glad I got them on sale or I'd be upset.

I've been wearing Vans pants for years, and they're still by-far my favorite. I like my pants nice and tight and these do the trick, and I can wear them several days in a row without them stretching out. I have very long legs, and it's difficult to find pants that are long enough for my legs, and although these could be a little longer for my taste, they hit at a very nice spot. I can't rate it a five though because the zipper has broken on every single pair of these I've owned, sometimes after a long time of wear, sometimes only after washing them once, so beware.
PS. I really wish Vans would bring back the Indigo Rise color in this style, they are the perfect color for blue jeans. Grab a pair if you can find them.
Fit great, can actually find a pair of jeans that are a size zero yet still long enough to not be right above my ankles which i hate. The only thing is Vans need to make these in several more colors! I know they have the other skinny jean in more colors but these are skinnier and look a lot better.
