Great shoe - awful costumer service
Great looking shoe but came out of the boxed with a shoe lace that was hanging on by a thread. Horrible quality shoelaces and even worse customer service when trying to fix this.

Had these for about a year now, and they still look great! Only down fall is, you need to watch the leather, scratches stay for eternity.

i wear these to work in a clinic setting and they look professional enough with a white coat. patients have commented on them approving. i wrote that these were not as comfortable which is true but they are ok for walking back and forth from my office. i do wish they were slip ons rather than shoe string ties or fake shoestrings.

Looks and feels great. The backs are stiff and rub the heel (Yes I have the right size), and easily makes a large crease at the bottom of the laces (Yes I am careful about how I walk in them), but other than that they are perfect shoes.
