While wearing these shoes, I do not need to feel out of place. I can easily rock the average teen look as well as flip 180 degrees to speak to a representative from a large and prestigious school. Take into consideration that I am a Senior in High School. These shoes give comfort all the while not lacking or straying away from the stylish look that I have while wearing them with khakis. This classic look is so simple anyone can pull it off. These shoes help in achieving such. The only time I have has to modify these shoes in any way is when I spray on the rain and stain cleaner. This prevents from any water damage on the leather itself and on the nice fiber of the rest of the shoe. I have worn these time and time again and yet, they keep their clean, fresh, new look. I can reassure anyone that these shoes are by far the best product I have worn from Vans. I started my Vans career back in 4th grade. 8 years and I am finally pleased with Vans on this product that I just had to write my review.

The white around the bottom already has all sorts of black/dirt on them. They aren't comfortable by anymeans i just wear them mostly because i like the way they look. Probably not worth the price tag.
My pair I ordered were made horribly, the leather had abrasions all over it and the stitch job was brutal, but im trying to get in contact with them to get a new pair

I love these shoes. Got them last week. Took about a week and a half to ship, but that's fine considering I'm on the other side of the country. Comfy and cool looking without being obnoxious. They aren't that versatile outside of just being a good looking casual shoe. I wouldn't want to skate in them or do anything really strenuous. All in all, a good shoe though.
first pair of vans - impressed with the OTW styling - durability? jury is still out - my sons vans seem to wear out quickly - i would think a shoe that cut its teeth in the skate culture would be ironclad - we'll see - why dont they make this shoe in all leather? they had a hi-top version but no low style

I wore these for the first time to class the other day and got a lot of compliments. They really need to be broken in because wearing them for a long period of time because they are a little stiff but it's not unbearable. Love how they look with dark denim. They hurt a little when the material rubbled against my ankle from the rough material but after that gets worn down it should be fine. Overall, I love the product and would for sure purchase something similar again.

These shoes look amazing. They have a unique look that goes great with jeans and when dressing up.
Unfortunately, they do seem to run about half a size too large, as my 8.5 LPE's fit perfectly and these in an 8.5 are just a hair too large.
The arch support is also pretty poor and I can feel the inner soles putting pressure on the bottom of my feet, which is not very comfy for a long day.
All in all, I love the style of these shoes way too much to send them back. I have gotten so many compliments in just a few days. If these come back in stock in your size, I recommend you buy them!
