The Cab Lite updates skate legend Steve Caballero's popular shoe with an ultralight skate design. The Cab Lite is enhanced with Pro Vulc Construction that provides modern cushioning technology delivering the best in boardfeel, flex and traction for today's skateboarding. The new pair also offers an Ultralight CMEVA Sockliner that's anatomically contoured for improved fit and stability, the compression-molded ethyl vinyl acetate foam footbeds are ultralight and responsive. Also included in the Cab Lite is the Vans Original Waffle Outsole gum rubber compound that allows skaters to feel their board while keeping them firmly connected to it.

    Comments about Cab Lite:

    Overall a great shoe, i loved skating the original halfcabs and i thought these would be a good switch. I bought the syndicate model which featured pig suede, over the whole lifespan of the shoe, the suede never softened at all it just wore down. although there isnt an extra layer of rubber around the toe, the rubber is very strong and doesnt wear down easily. Overall still a great shoe and super light weight compared to the originals.
