01. Intro
1 - VANS online store provides a quick, convenient, and secure way for our customers to purchase our world famous products! Check our site often, as product availability changes daily. Select the link to retailers to find the VANS retailer nearest you.
2 - Purchase and delivery of products through vans.com is limited to the United States.
3 - We offer ground shipping via US Postal Service and FedEx. Shipping to any P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses is only offered through US Postal Service. Service to Alaska , Hawaii and Puerto Rico is only offered through USPS Priority Mail.
4 - Expedited shipping is available via Federal Express Overnight or Second Day for orders placed before 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Your order can be delivered to any residence or business Monday through Friday, pending credit verification.
5 - We accept orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders entered into shop.vans.com will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out from our California distribution center. Orders shipped within the 48 states are limited to a single shipping address per order and will be shipped via Ground, or if specified, Second Day Air or Next Day Air for an additional charge. We do NOT ship to freight forwarders
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 10 AM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 10 AM PST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 10 AM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. If the merchandise selected is not currently available or if additional identification is needed for credit verification, Vans Customer Service will contact you by email. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS
Please note: We do not process orders over the weekend and on holidays. Orders shipped via USPS can arrive on Saturday (post office discretion), but all other methods of shipment do not offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday .

02. Registration
Registration allows you to quickly and easily monitor the status of your orders. We are very concerned about your privacy (see privacy policy) and your information is encrypted and secured for your protection. You may enter many shipping addresses but it is important that for verification purposes that your name and billing addresses be entered exactly as maintained on your credit card account. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified in any way. Please review your order thoroughly before completion.

03. Sizing
Our
shoes are sized according to the US standard, as measured on a Brannock
device (that cold metal thing that you used to stick your foot in when
you were growing up). There is a good chance that you know your shoe size.
If you do not, we suggest that you have your foot measured at one of our
VANS Retail Stores nearest to you.
Please note, by design, our high performance skate shoes tend to fit snug. You may wish to select a half size larger for these shoes if you are purchasing them for "kicking around".

04. Security
VANS has implemented Secure Socket Layer technology, one of the most robust encryption platforms available. Your credit card information will be encrypted from the moment you enter it until your transaction is processed.
A browser in secure mode will display a URL address beginning "https://" rather than the standard "http://". The "s" stands for "secure." In Netscape NavigatorTM (versions 3.0 and earlier), the broken key symbol in the lower left corner of your browser window will become a solid key in secure mode. If you're using Netscape Communicator 4.0TM or higher, look for the padlock in the same space: it is open in standard mode and closed in secure mode. In Microsoft Internet ExplorerTM, you will see a padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser window when the browser is in secure mode. BACK TO TOP
05. Pricing
Prices for our products on vans.com will not be discounted. They are listed at suggested retail, just like the products in both our VANS Retail Stores and with our retailers. With every vans.com order, there will be a charge for shipping, handling, and sales tax where applicable, as required by law.
Sales Tax
VANS has a constitutional obligation to collect sales use tax in those states we are licensed to do business.
Sales tax is calculated off the address where the product is being shipped.
Sales Tax Exemption
If for any reason you believe you are exempt from paying sales tax, please contact our Customer Service department at 888.691.8889 and we will personally assist you with the processing of your order. At the time you call, please have all proper sales tax information available. All cards that do not participate in the verification process, will NOT be accepted.

06. Payment Methods
Vans.com accepts: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discovery and Vans Gift Cards. We do not accept checks, cash, credit vouchers. We cannot split payment between multiple credit/gift cards. All cards that do not participate in the verification process will not be accepted.
To use your credit card:
On the order entry form, enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit card. Then, fill out your credit card billing address as it appears on your credit card statement.
We need this information to take your order and validate your credit card. Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is accepted. Please include your daytime phone number in case we need to speak with you about your order.
To use your Vans Gift card:
Key in your gift card number. If there are insufficient funds on your gift card to cover your order, you will have the option of paying balance with a credit card. If you have any question, please contact Customer Service at 888.691.8889. Be sure to keep your gift card in case you need to return an item.

07. Order Status and Tracking
Confirmation of Your Order
If you provide a valid e-mail address when you order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been accepted and when it has shipped.
Partial Shipments
If an item you have selected is out of stock, you will not be charged for the out of stock items. We will notify you regarding your order status, and you will not be charged.If multiple items were ordered, we will ship your other product selections to you and your order amount will be adjusted accordingly. You will be e-mailed the tracking number for the products which have been shipped.
Out-of-stock Items
If an item is out of stock at vans.com, you can always use the Store Locator to search your area for other retailers that carry VANS products.
Tracking Your Order
When you make a purchase, you will receive a vans.com order number and a shipment tracking number via e-mail. You may monitor the status of your order online via the order status screens. Simply logon and you will be given up-to-the-minute information on your order. (www.fedex.com)
