We accept orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders entered into shop.vans.com will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out from our California distribution center. Orders shipped within the 48 states are limited to a single shipping address per order and will be shipped via Ground, or if specified, Second Day Air or Next Day Air for an additional charge.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 10 AM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 10 AM PST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 10 AM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. If the merchandise selected is not currently available or if additional identification is needed for credit verification, Vans Customer Service will contact you by email. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS, pending credit verification.
* Please note: We do not process orders over the weekend and on holidays. Orders shipped via USPS can arrive on Saturday (post office discretion), but all other methods of shipment do not offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday .
Refused Shipments
If you decide to refuse any shipments from shop.vans.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Vans. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
Orders being shipped to P.O. boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses will only be shipped via US Postal Service. Express shipping is not available to these locations. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for these orders to ship out.
Custom Shoe Orders
Custom shoe orders can only be shipped by UPS Ground Service. Custom orders are not eligible for expedited delivery. Custom shoe orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
USPS Priority is for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
Custom Shoe Orders may NOT be shipped to PO Boxes or an APO/FPO address.
Vans is not responsible for delays due to inclement weather and/or conditions beyond their control.
Military shipments can take 3 to 8 weeks of transit time depending on the final destination. Vans ships out the order right away and the USPS delivers the package(s) to the domestic U.S. military address. Then it is up to the military to delivery the package to the final destination. NOTE: packages to military addresses cannot be tracked for security reasons.
We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
We do not ship to freight forwarders.
Gift Card
If your order is received by 10:00am PST on a normal business day, it will ship that day. If it is received after 10:00am PST, it will ship the next business day via FedEx. FedEx does not deliver on the weekends or to PO Box addresses. Your credit card will only be charged for the items that ship.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact vanscustserv@vfc.com to make sure we received your order. You will receive an email with a FedEx tracking number notifying you when your order ships, allowing you to track your order. Please be advised that sometimes these automatic emails are blocked by spam filters.
